General Virtual Assistant

I need someone to help me communicate with guests and potential guests for multiple properties that we have on Airbnb and other similar platforms.

I will need someone to assist with the following forms of guest communications:

1) Responding to guest inquiries in a way that makes them feel special and want to book a stay with us
2) Communicating with booked guests to provide any necessary information prior to their stay
3) Communicating briefly with guests during their stay to ensure that they are comfortable
