Web Master (Apps and Websites)

Responsible for all of our online presence including iOS and Android Apps and Websites.


1. Manage, update and build functional and easy-to-use web pages, sites, and applications.
2. Test websites and apps across browsers, operating systems and devices and Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages
3. Optimize loading speeds and capacity and Debug pages and fix broken links or images
4. Update website content and review SEO
5. Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions) to perform at or above Industry Standards in the US.
6. Coordinate and create the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of our company’s online presence.
7. You will be responsible for web development, App development, Updates, and some graphic art content.
8. Responsible for all aspects of creating and maintain SHOPIFY websites.
9. Work with communication, sales, marketing or advertising professionals concerning content posted, viewed or pulled from the website.
10. Ensure that information posted on the website is credible, correct, and up to date.
11. Ensure that if the website allows the transfer of information from and to users that relevant stakeholders can access this information.

Web Manager is expected to be:
1. Technically savvy
2. Experienced with Shopify preferred
3. Able to manage and write Apps in iOS and Android
4. Familiar with Social Media
5. Familiar with Email Marketing
6. Address user complaints
7. Be able to address and fix issues with web pages and apps quickly.
8. Keep all of our online presence current and up to date


Requirements
• Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer (Shopify Experience Preferred)
• Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
• Familiarity with web standards
• Working knowledge of website management tools
• Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to generate creative ideas
• Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
