Our US Marketing Agency is looking for a Search Engine Optimization Manager (SEO) to join the Philippine team. As part of our team’s efforts to increase brand awareness, you will manage the company’s organic search strategy across the various websites and sub-domains. This will be achieved through a combination of on-page and off-page Search Engine Optimization techniques including link-building, technical SEO strategies and content strategies. This includes working with management and clients to develop short- and long-term step-by-step plans and execution.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop and implement successful global SEO strategies and the continuous improvement working closely with PGIM businesses and Customer Office to ensure all online content is optimized for discoverability through search engines
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analyses to guide content teams
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Collect and report data on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects to inform recommendations for optimizing website content, landing pages and paid search copy
• Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building), as well as analyze and monitor the backlink profile for
• Keep abreast of SEO best practices and integrated marketing trends
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
• Must have 3-5 years of experience with Search Engine Optimization
• Knowledge of standard and current Search Engine Optimization practices
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization reporting
• Familiarity with relevant tools and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends) and ability to recommend additional tools
• Communicates effectively and collaborates well with others with the ability to influence team members of all levels
• Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple complex deliverables simultaneously
• Excellent influencing and facilitation skills.
• Ability to take initiative and proven ability to problem solve
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate the organizational dynamics, hierarchies and relationships
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with culturally diverse staff across geographies, backgrounds, functions, and levels of the organization
