If hired, applicant will receive access to both video and written instructions for daily tasks to be accomplished. If anything is unclear, you will be expected to reach out immediately. We will work through any concerns via Zoom,

During the first week, we may meet 2-3 times to ensure all instructions are clear. Afterwards, 1 time a week should be sufficient.
At the end of each work week, I will expect to have a quick meeting to discuss process improvement and lessons learned. If preferred, recommendations can be put in a bullet point format via Microsoft Word. If any part of the recommendations provided by applicant is unclear, I will likely ask for a short meeting.
