Key Responsibilities
• Assist in creating our
• Understand and optimize the overall customer
• Work with paid media, brand, creative, and customer service teams to build and execute automated drip campaigns
• Write copy, design and activate newsletters
• Create and optimize list segmentation and
• Identify, track and implement meaningful tests to improve your data-driven decisions
• Stay up to date on the newest tools and tactics in
• Assist in executing strategies to lead our enhanced brand content, A+ content and brand Storefront rollouts
What We Look For:
• *Major advantage if you have prior SMS and/or Messenger Marketing experience
• 1-3 years’ experience in
• Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
• Hands-on experience with
• Expertise in
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for
