We're looking for an executive assistant to help the executives of our company by taking care of admin tasks (emails, generating reports, writing briefs, managing deadlines for clients, communication, social media and more). You have to be independent and able to manage tasks efficiently. This is a part-time position that can be expected to spend approximately 5-10 hours a week handling tasks.

About the Job:

-Corresponding with clients, team members, etc. to ensure their tasks are being completed and communicated
-Managing & monitoring LinkedIn & Facebook groups owned by the company (and of clients) and posting on its behalf
-Monitoring comments from the public on company Facebook page & YouTube Channel
-Using various systems (g suite, CRM, etc.)
-Communicating with different stakeholders regularly, sending updates to them, recording correspondences

-Basic updates to clients’ websites (we will give you a tutorial)
-Following up on emails for design requests/updates
-Writing/sending newsletters for clients
-Corresponding with clients on design work - includes asking them for briefs, following up on requests, sending finalized projects, keeping up with revisions
-Sending design requests/briefs to appropriate designers


Note: This list is an example of the tasks you would be required to do, however, it will always be changing.

-Create slide-deck presentations in PowerPoint (for webinars, lessons for paid programs, workshops, etc.)
-Communicate with clients and team members.
-Document your communications in Excel or Google sheets
-Create calendar events, reminder, tasks (to be shared with team)
-Responding to emails in the customer support inbox
-Updating and managing work procedures
-Social media post creation and scheduling (Instagram and Facebook)
-Submitting daily task briefs to your manager
-Add captions to videos
-Video and audio transcription
-Research tasks
-Data entry
-Research and recommend management tools, CRMs, etc
-Research partnership and guest opportunities
-Basic image editing (using Adobe Photoshop) a plus


We are looking for someone who can truly fill in for the Executives of the company. You will be an extension of them and will be required to be timely, professional and innovative. You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:

-Must be passionate and be committed in the heart and mind to deliver the absolute best work that you can.
-Must pay attention to detail.
-Fluent in English, speaking, and ohtyqio. Gd language barrier, as you may be briefly speaking with clients over the phone (very informally).
-Extremely independent and able to problem-solve effectively.
-Must have excellent communication skills between yourself and the founder of the company whom you will be working with.
-Ability to take criticism and improve based on the criticism.
-Must be efficient and effective with their time (self-motivated).
-Must have a reliable computer and internet connection.
- Excited to grow and learn with us as we are a fast-growing company
- Intermediate graphic design skills (experience and access to Photoshop is considered an asset)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic video editing skills are an asset
