We are a US-based ecommerce company looking for a Part-time Bookkeeper who has these qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years Accounting Background
• Has worked with Amazon Seller Central for at least a year
• Has experience working with Quickbooks Online for at least 1 year
• Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping, reconciliations, and computer operation
• Excellent Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving with excellent analytical skills
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
• Inventory and product costing background, a plus
• Payroll processing background, a plus
• Intercompany transaction processing, a plus
