We’re hiring for a seasoned Sr. Technical Recruiter to support our Engineering, Data Science, and other technical teams. The ideal candidate is a strong full lifecycle Technical Recruiter who can coach and mentor hiring managers to identify and place quality candidates. This will be a remote position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategy
Strong technical sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
Focused on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
Responsible for sourcing, calling, screening, interviewing, and scheduling hiring managers interviews of all candidates
Responsible for status updates & weekly account management reports
Have ability to prioritize open requisitions and filling them in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years of technical recruitment experience
Must be able to handle multiple requisitions at any given time
Must possess strong time management skills, be detailed oriented, and organized
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Must be reliable, on time, and self motivated

This will be a contract position supporting the growth and expansion of our Philippines office. As we continue to establish our presence and create our BPO, they will join this office as a full time employee.
