Marketing Guru

Looking for a marketing guru to help us create a go to market strategy and then implement a program to sell a luxury home located at a Colorado ski area. Our product offering is a bit non-traditional, but it meets a clear need. We want an expert that can handle everything from helping us refine the characteristics of the ideal buyer to defining the value proposition. Plus, we require advertising content designed (mostly) and a lead generation program(s) implemented and managed. Our ideal consultant can both create the strategy and manage the process from “A to Z”. Our assumption is that the creative design will be done by a 3rd party, but we want you to manage this for us.

If this project is successful, we plan to do more projects so this could go from a single project to a longer term engagement.
