JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Customer Support Rep with prior experience for our T-Shirt brand. The key responsibilities of the candidate would be:

1. Handle Customer Support Queries
2. Manage the Support Desk
3. Maintain the required response time
4. Send emails to customers with tracking information
5. Be flexible to do anything related to customer communication
6. Managing Our Social Media Pages if Needed
7. Ensuring Overall customer happiness
