Technical & Marketing Inclined Project Management VA

Hi. My name is Taf. Those close to me might describe me as an “ideas guy” with a passion to impact the world. I wear a few different hats in a few ventures that I am a part of. I am currently looking for a project manager that will help me in my Co-CEO/ CIO/CMO/CTO role with a newly started facilities management company in Australia. We will focus on commercial cleaning to begin with and hopefully spread into other areas of facilities management.

Your role will include managing the following projects from start to end:
0. Getting on calls with me, documenting my ideas and initiating projects based solely on these calls
1. Website implementation: Downloading stakeholder ideas of what it needs to look like. Outsourcing copy writing process and managing output, ensuring SEO and content strategy are optimised for best web presence etc.
2. Research on and implementation of suitable job dispatch software & CRM
3. Digital marketing
4. Online lead generation
5. LinkedIn & other social platform Marketing
6. Using automation tools like GSuite, Trello, Zapier, Wordpress, etc to ensure smooth information flows within the organisation
7. Contribute ideas for a fun working culture
8. Occasionally manage my emails or make/attend phone calls on my behalf
9. Regular follow ups with team members to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
10. Tracking and reporting project progress, escalating issues to me as needed
11. Highlighting potential risks or malfunctions and acting proactively to resolve issues
12. Managing relationships with clients, third party suppliers/ professionals/ freelancers and all other stakeholders
13. Finding the right suppliers/freelancers/ professionals to help us execute

Qualities I am looking for in a Project Management VA
I am looking for an individual who can help me bring my ideas to life. Ideally, this individual will have the following qualities:
- Specialises in GSD - GETTING STUFF DONE! If there is one statement that describes this role best, this is it!
- Understand that business is all about speed of execution and therefore operates with a sense of urgency
- Is a strong communicator and maintains regular communication with me
- Is super curious and always asking questions
- Is not afraid to learn new concepts and new ways to work
- Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and DO THE WORK
- Is a proactive self-starter who can add value to any scenario they find themselves in and can contribute progressive ideas without having to be asked
- Thrives on variety of work and loves to be working on something different every few weeks
- Has the ability to prioritise and delegate lower value tasks relative to other tasks on their plate

Skills I am looking for in a Project Management VA:
- Some technical inclination or willingness to learn as (1) you will be working on digital projects/ products and (2) you will be working with someone that believes 1000% in process automation where it makes sense
- Interest in marketing and some experience would be key for success in this role
- Some experience as a Digital Project Manager would be favourable but is not mandatory
- Hands on experience with productivity, communication and project management software like Trello, Slack, Zapier, Google Suite etc. is an added advantage
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Solid ability to write persuasively and clearly
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills as I would be calling on you to attend to clients and in some cases, meetings on my behalf
