Customer Service for E-commerce Store

Requirements:
- Experience using ZenDesk
- Experience doing customer service for dropshipping stores
- Experience doing customer service on Facebook messenger, Facebook Page and Upgrade to see actual info

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests on ZenDesk in perfect English - Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately
- Communicate on Slack daily with our support team
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times
