Position
We’re looking for tech-savvy and friendly people to join our Customer Support team. As a customer support representative, you’ll support our customers using internet based softwares Birthday Club and Contactreach with integrations to a variety of services such as Zapier, Kajabi, and Stripe.
You'll answer questions by chat,
Job responsibilities
Participate in root cause analysis and communicate findings to customers.
Correspond with company departments when necessary to promptly resolve customer issues.
Master Birthday Club and ContactReach software configuration in order to proficiently provide technical assistance to customers with competence.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinating solutions with support team.
Understand customer processes in order to communicate and improve processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 + years’ experience performing help desk and desktop support related functions in a corporate/ business environment.
Familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
Knowledgeable in Wordpress.
Strong hands on problem solving experience with internet based technology and related issues.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment that requires flexibility and responsiveness.
Ability to understand and respond quickly, often explaining and translating technical solutions to non-technical users.
Adept at prioritization with the ability to complete multiple time-sensitive tasks at
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.
Rate
$5/hr US during 60 day probation period; Pay will increase to $9/hr
