JOB OVERVIEW

Property Management Company in the United States looking for a LONG TERM, full-time energetic Phone Support / Virtual Assistant Upgrade to see actual infodividual will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer service calls, and must be good at customer Upgrade to see actual infodividual will primarily be relaying information about our available rentals to potential tenants, answering questions about billing, creating work orders, as well as a variety of other tasks. This is not a phone sales position.

Requirements:

High English Proficiency - Both written and spoken
Problem Solver - Must be able to find and fix tenant problems
Detail Oriented
Proficient Computer Skills - Able to learn new software quickly
Proficient Internet Search/Research Skills
Self Starter
Computer Access with good home internet connection
Workday from 9:00 to 5:00 Central Standard Time
