JOB OVERVIEW

Thank you for showing your interest in the virtual assistant position!
I am looking for someone to assist me part time in basic operations / admin activities, please see the details Upgrade to see actual infomitment: 3-4 hours per week
I am based in England (5h ahead of EST). - soon to be based in PST (17th Jan)

Responsibilities:
Creating client contracts using docusign
Managing spreadsheets (google sheets) - must be fluent with google sheets
Calendar management with schedule once - MUST know how to use scheduleonce
Coordinate with the team to schedule team meetings
Creating events in facebook group

Software / experience: - PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME UNLESS YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE SOFTWARE BELOW AND HAVE AT LEAST INTERMEDIATE LEVEL KNOWLEDGE
Ideally you are experienced with:
Clickfunnels - MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH DESIGNING AND EDITING LANDING PAGES ON CLICKFUNNELS and be fluent with video, with Vimeo video integration. You must know how to edit fonts, landing page design, simple integrations like links and video.
Vimeo - must be fluent with uploading videos into vimeo, changing video settings and getting links.
Google calendar - must be fluent in managing my google calendar.
Docusign - must be fluent with docusign and know how to edit and send contracts to clients
Active campaign - must have experience with and know basic active campaign in sending new email campaigns and adding to automation sequences.
Schedule once - must be fluent with schedule once calendar management. I will ask you to block out or open up particular times depending on my schedule.
Zapier - must know how to use zapier integrations
Slack - this is what we will use to communicate.

I am looking for someone who is..
>> EXTREMELY reliable and organised and will stay on top of tasks handed to them, and ensure everything gets done.
>> emotionally invested in doing a good job as opposed to just going through the motions and producing the minimum viable.
>> someone who takes initiative to get tasks done. For example, if you have a task and you’re not sure how to do it, instead of messaging me saying ‘i don’t know how to do it can you show me’, i’d like this person to say ‘i don’t know how to do it but i’ll google or call customer service and figure it out’.
>> is proactive and will come to me suggesting ideas or reminding me of things as opposed to just being on standby
>> is thorough (no typos in contracts, etc), mentally engaged and produces work to a high standard.
>> someone who realizes they are part of something bigger (in a business which is helping change other’s lives) and is a team player
>> can take personal responsibility, can take criticism and doesn’t get offended easily :)
