Real estate outbound caller

Real Estate Investors seeking new full-time member to join our team!

All candidates must be highly-organized individuals who possess an array of skills that will allow them to succeed in a fast-paced, high volume of motivated sellers and buyers lists.

The right candidate will be able to effectively communicate on the telephone, computer, and email. They will assist with the production and maintenance of legal documents, timely update client-tracking systems (MOJO data base) and perform a variety of functions within their department or on a variety of projects as assigned.

Your job will be primarily to make outbound calls to a list of property sellers and property investors. This is a cold calling position, so previous experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making outbound calls using ( MoJo dialer)

- Effectively managing a case load of assigned cases

- Accurately drafting legal documents

- Accurately maintain clients updates, follow-ups calls, set appointments management data in our case management database

- Continually communicating with clients and all relevant parties

Working Condition:

- Business/Cold Calling hours 9 A.M. - 2 P.M. U.S. central time zone (Some overtime may be required in order to timely accomplish work demands, but is not mandatory)
