WordPress Developer | Google Analytics | UX

This role is perfect for Wordpress Web Developers who also have an understanding and interest in Google Analytics and UX.

My website (Upgrade to see actual info) is already built. Your role will be maintaining the website and working on new ideas and pages.

Must have an in-depth understanding of:

WordPress - Backend, creating new pages, fixing errors etc
Google Analytics - Able to monitor Google Analytics and report on traffic, CTR, conversion ratios
Communication - You must be able to communicate clearly in English. Written (emails) and verbally (audio calls)

You will be monitoring all aspects of the website. We use tools such as HotJar to monitor UX to understand how we can improve this and using A/B testing.

I already employ an SEO company who runs our campaigns so you would not need to be an SEO expert. But you must have an understanding of SEO. Looking for an employee to form long-term and full-time employment - Job security for 5-10 years plus.
