I’m looking to hire a Part-Time (20 hours per week) Virtual Assistant to help me with content creation for my business and my clients.
The role could become full-time in the future, but it’s also okay if you want to remain part-time.
My Business:
I’m a client attraction specialist for coaches, consultants and service based businesses.
I do consulting, services and courses all around helping people attract clients. That includes helping them to work out What they offer, who they are selling it to and how to market it.
My clients:
They are Australian Non-profits where I am required to plan, create and publish content to certain deadlines.
Content subjects include:
-home / lifestyle
-cooking
-diy
-cleaning
-online business
-organizing
-decluttering
Responsibilities:
Making sure content consistent with the brand and the key messages is created and published on an ongoing basis
Duties:
Taking batches of videos and using them to create additional content (copywriting & images).
Scheduling videos in Youtube (training can be provided)
Scheduling videos, images etc on
Being able to adjust content for different platforms including researching and adding hashtags etc
Researching, Planning and creating content for my non-profit client 3 posts / week (done in batches of 6 weeks of content) including creating images (templates to help you do it faster) etc
Uploading Training Videos &pdfs to Kajabi (training can be provided)
Scheduling
Researching content ideas
Adding images to posts that suit branding guidelines
Ordering captions for videos and then uploading them to
Interacting with others on Instagram and
Other content creation & admin tasks as required
Nice to have but not required:
Basic Video Editing Skills
Basic SEO Skills

I’m based in Australia and I’m looking for someone who understands the Australian accent. Has experience with both Australian businesses and international online business market.
I’m looking for someone who has a good level of English and is happy to learn new things. Who can tell me if they have too much work and when they need more. Someone who can juggle multiple deadlines but also speak up with ideas on how to do things better or creative ideas about
