Coder with affiliate marketing skills

I am currently looking for a coder to help me with internet marketing. Please read the following information and requirements:
Business Hours (Philippine time zone)
- Possibly working on the weekend
- Available on Wednesday to Sunday (1 am to 9 am) or Wednesday to Saturday (1 am 11 am) or Monday to Friday (1 am to 9 am). I am also willing to negotiate with regard to the working schedule if you have your own schedule

Your tasks:
- Editing and Creating Landing Pages
- Editing and creating banners
- Enter Campaigns Into Traffic Networks such as Facebook, PropellerAds, PropelMedia, Popads, Popcash.
- Fixing up some technical issues in regards to the landing page and banners
- Possibly doing research on the offer
- Fixing up websites

Skill requirements:
- photoshop (GIF, png, jpeg, etc)
- HTML
- Javascript
- Basic PHP
- Wordpress

Desirable skills:
- Facebook
- Email Marketing

Your Attitude:
- Detail oriented
- Willing to take constructive criticism
- On Time
- Eager to learn new things

I will also provide training for different tools and some sites to do research.
