ARE YOU AN ACCOUNTS / CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERSTAR?
We are looking to fill a valuable position in our team.

Are you a whiz on Xero?
Do you have attention to detail?
Are you willing to become indispensible - so we just can't do without you?
MUST HAVE previous extensive experience with Australian GST & ATO requirments submissions?

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to keep our finances up to date on a weekly basis.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* reconciling all bank accounts (3 main accounts & a few savings accounts & a paypal account that has some expenses paid through it)
* reporting on any overdue unpaid expenses
* notifying management if clients payments have been declined or stopped (direct debit clients af about 180 people - who pay every 2 weeks through Ezidebit)
* attaching digitial copies of expenses to the transactions in Xero
* payroll & super (for 7 full/part time staff and a few casual staff)
* setting up new employees wtih pay templates, super, correct tax & submitting to ATO
* terminating employees in Xero when required (hopefully not too often)
* providing weekly reporting to management
* STP to ATO
* provide quarter BAS
* process new memberships through Ezidebit & match with Xero.
* email delinquent clients
* request new bank / credit card details from clients when necessary
* keep total control over delinquent accounts & don't le them get too far behind.

We are looking for someone who cares about the work they do.
Who will be proactive in giving suggestions, pointing out issues that may become a problem and really becoming a valued team member.
Someone who can do the work effectively and on time.
We do not accept late work - detailed weekly reports are due Monday afternoons for the previous week (with most of our transactions occuring by Wednesday each week).
Incomplete work Upgrade to see actual infot having 100% reconciliation of ALL accounts each week in not acceptable.

While we are busy doing our work, we need our accounts bookkeeper to ensure the i's are dotted and t's are crossed in every aspect of our Upgrade to see actual info your cover letter please include what you understand about STP

We are looking for someone to work 25 hours per week - 5 hours per day between 10am to 3pm Brisbane, Australia time Monday to Friday.
We pay every 2 weeks via paypal, and are looking for a long term team members.
