Key PreRequisites:
Be extremely efficient with Spreadsheet software
Using Formulas - Vlookup, Index(match, etc.
Import/Exporting csv files
Manipulating large amounts of data inside Spreadsheets
Looking ahead to see how today’s decision may cause issues for future growth and expansion
Communicate extremely well in English
Work during business hours 10am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time
Be able to thrive in a fast paced, multi tasking, challenging environment
Be able to meet deadlines and deliver excellent performance consistently
Be able to Prioritize jobs and get tasks done in order of priority

Looking for a hard-working analyst who enjoys spreadsheets, financial analysis and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have some background in e-commerce, work independently and be ready to learn. This is a complex role that involves planning for over 1000+ SKU’s, sold across the USA on amazon, ebay, and shopify. Our inventory is air, ground and freight shipped to a variety of locations. Knowledge of ORM-D and hazmat requirements for USA shipping would be a huge plus. Willingness to learn is a must.

The right candidate must be able to take responsibility for the entire process, ensuring we never run out of key items and that we maximize our inventory turn-over, minimize our shipping costs and run an efficient supply chain. This is not a virtual assistant role, so please only apply if you are comfortable with this level of project management and have some understanding of logistics and manufacturing.

Supply Chain Duties
Responsible for all supply chain management from production to sale
Utilize Inventory Forecasting Software to meet sales demands without wasteful overstocking.
Monitor amazon inventory levels and ensure shipments from our Third Party Warehouse to amazon are being processed in a timely manner
Create a weekly report of replenishment demand from forecasting software
Create PO’s and manage the re-order process with the supplier
Work with supplier on orders, managing PO expected dates, following up on late POs, complete orders
Continue to work to take costs out of the production process and supply chain process
