ACCOUNTANT

We are an accounting firm located in California, USA and are looking for an amazing bookkeeper to hire as a part-time employee with the potential for full-time. We offer a flexible schedule with the ability to work from home. This is a remote job.

Your responsibilities would include the following:
-Performing full-charge bookkeeping services to your assigned clients (small-medium sized businesses and ); that will include but not limited to entering all financial transactions, journal entries, reconciling accounts, and providing accurate and timely financial reports to clients.

-Updating project status using the company's project management software, Wunderlist

-General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Bank Reconciliation, PayPal and Amazon payments, Square payments.


-Miscellaneous annual projects.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting or Business Finance
- Quickbooks Desktop and Qnline Accounting software knowledge required.
