JOB OVERVIEW

We are a cleaning & handyman company looking to add a few new members to our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone to take over answering the phones and appointment setting. We believe in treating our employees right, and only ask the same in return.

You will be working from your location on a full time basis for 40 hours per week calling and emailing various customers. You can also work from a coffee shop, or if you have a small Upgrade to see actual infote that the work will need to be during different shifts. About 2/3 of the shifts will be US hours (roughly 8 AM – 4 PM EST, GMT-5) Monday-Friday, rest will be (US) nights and weekends

We will provide you with a set of scripts summarizing company products and services and will be there to support you.

You must be detailed oriented and can make notes in our CRM system. Must be self-motivated. To work from home you will need an internet connection for the ability to access our CRM system from home. You will need to have Skype and maybe Slack to communicate Upgrade to see actual infopensation:

For compensation we can do a set weekly salary. This will be paid through PayPal.



Qualifications include:
Previous phone support experience preferred.
Good English (written and spoken). Must speak very clear English without a heavy accent
Good Internet Connection
Phone (physical or IP/Internet based) to make and receive calls (I can help you set that up)
