Experienced Seo worker

Looking for someone to work on seo tasks for my agency.
We work with mainly local clients (dentists) so someone experienced would help.
We have quite a few clients. So someone that can work on quite a few different sites and work Upgrade to see actual infomunication a key. Being able to provide work updates and talk via skype daily is important.
