Customer Service:
- Phone calls support, Responding and reaching out to leads submissions

- Instagram (add pictures of the company projects)

- Scheduling using our appointment software
- Invoicing (making receipts for our clients and company records)
- Appointment reminders (calling clients to remind appointment)
- Live chat support
- Craigslist ad re-posting (continue to bump ads)
- Closing appointments/taking payments (take payment on the phone)
- Responding to comments on social media posts
- Invoicing and sending e-receipts to clients
(Main channels- Yelp, Thumbtack,
Executive Assitant:
Reporting and Internal affairs
- Daily sales reports
- Receipt organizing
- Inventory management
- Inventory e-shopping/replenish
Support
- Support our technicians with scheduling updates awareness
- Directions on road, dispatching live calls
- ZelloWork radio system application (live communication with our technicians on the road about clients )
- Slack work chat application (team chat)

The position is for 42 hours a week
We are based in Arizona GMT-7 open from 9 am to 9 pm. Therefore, there are two VA positions open where you will work together as a team and share knowledge in our group chat.
