Need Motivated Creative Graphic Designer/Artist/Illustrator For Ongoing Unique T-Shirt Design Work

We are looking to hire a self-motivated graphic artist/illustrator/freehand artist who is CREATIVE and can work independently, quickly, delivers work on time, and is comfortable communicating in English. The initial project would be for 100 t-shirt designs; however, if everything works out, there is a great opportunity for ongoing work. We are really looking for someone who is able to provide unique, quality designs consistently over a long period of time. The perfect candidate is a creative artist who is able to draw freehand original designs and has lots of unique ideas. Familiarity with Merch By Amazon and other POD platforms is a definite plus. If you have that, please do tell us about that experience; and be sure and to include your Tshirt design portfolio. All work delivered should adhere to Amazon size and format requirements. This is a per piece Upgrade to see actual info hourly options available. If that is the only way you work, you need not apply.

Generally, I will send you an excel file with links to niches/shirts on Upgrade to see actual info. Your job will be quite straight forward. I would like you to take the underlying niche/idea of each file, and create your own artwork that is more visually appealing and attractive to potential buyers. I may give you general ideas of what I am looking for; but overall, I will be hands off and let you use your own creativity to create new and unique T-shirt designs. I am looking for an artist who needs minimum direction, and has an understanding of what sell T-shirts. I am not looking for a cut and paste text type of T-shirt design. I would like bold, creative, unique artful designs to set our T-shirts apart from the rest. I want you to be able to design T-shirts you are proud of.

We are well aware freelancers live and die by their reviews. We are more than willing to leave not only 5 star reviews for each block of work delivered on time which adheres to the quality of designs we are looking for; we will also make sure to go into detail about why we are leaving each 5 star review. 5 star reviews with no comments are far weaker than 5 star reviews with a glowing recommendation; and we are happy to provide that for you, in order to facilitate your future endeavors. What we are really hoping for, though, is someone we can work with for many years to come.

Once you have completed the first batch of designs, and everything is working out, this can turn in into a long term position, as we basically need a never ending supply of unique, quality designs. For the right candidate, this job could last for years, with incentives built in for continued excellence.

While we highly prefer your designs to be your own unique art; in the event you do use elements not produced by yourself, we require that you disclose the sources of those elements. They must not have any trademark or intellectual property issues; and they must be free for commercial use. This will be stringently checked with each design Upgrade to see actual info designs that violate this rule will be accepted or paid for; and repeated violation of this policy will end our working Upgrade to see actual info are paid as per piece only, not hourly.
