Experienced Transportation Coordinator/Dispatcher

*Immediate Opening for Experienced Dispatchers. Must have logistics, transportation, or dispatching experience.

The main function of the Dispatcher or Transportation Coordinator for Inmay Inc (Upgrade to see actual info) is to help coordinate our professional drivers across regions of the US with accuracy, courtesy, and superb service, which allows the drivers to maximize their revenue and earning potential. This position requires a self-motivated professional with the ability to think quickly on his/her feet, exercise independent judgment, and possess the ability to work with our delivery professionals daily in a composed and courteous manner.

Job Duties
• Plan, coordinate and manage loads in an efficient and cost effective manner
• Serve as first point of contact for professional driver and manage all aspects of the dispatch process which ranges from load assignment to delivery and any issues that may arise during the process.
• Maintain constant line of communication and positive professional relationships with internal and external customers
• Other duties as assigned by terminal management.
