E-commerce Content Manager

The Content Manager for an Ecommerce business will be responsible for creating, auditing and maintaining excellent content for client internet product listings. The ideal candidate will have a excellent communications skills (written and verbal), extensive experience working in Amazon’s Seller Central, expertise in search engine optimization, and a keen eye for errors or issues with ecommerce Upgrade to see actual infondidates must be extremely organized, diligent and have experience in a remote role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent writing, reading, speaking and verbal comprehension in English.
• Flexible schedule to ensure ability to comply with some US-Based working hours.
• Proactive and thorough communication with management, including the ability to track and log activities, results and procedures.
• Extensive experience using Helium10 and Seller.Tools for keyword and listing optimization and management
• Expertise in keyword identification and research
• Knowledge of Amazon Catalog policies to ensure all listings fully comply with Amazon Catalog policies and best practices
• Ability to adapt to established brand voice and aesthetic and write excellent product descriptions and bullet points
• Ability to create product listings in Amazon Seller Central including product information, image uploading etc.
• Must be able to effectively use Amazon Bulk Uploads for Catalog Content (item updates and variation changes etc all skills required)
• Familiarity with Amazon Enhanced Brand Content and the ability to design and create it.
• Ability to upload and write descriptions for Video content
• Promotion and coupon creation and management
• Amazon Brand Store management, including design and updates according to holiday and merchandising schedules
• Detail oriented individual
• Minor graphic design skills desired including the use of Canva for image editing and resizing
• Excellent skills Google Docs - Excel, Word, and General File management
• Familiarity with Gmail Email Platform
