Remote Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are a team of young ecommerce entrepreneurs and we have just recently transferred to a bigger warehouse in Tampa, FL. We own several product brands in various consumer markets, including dietary supplements, personal care products, instant teas, loose teas, and bulk health foods.

Our company culture is pretty unique - we intentionally avoid many corporate norms, because our team is filled with autonomous, driven, and organized people.

Currently, we are looking to hire a Remote Warehouse Operations Lead as we are evolving very fast so we need help optimizing our current systems with the expectation of rampant growth which would include adding machinery, more shifts, more team members, expanding manufacturing capacity.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to do a skill exam that includes a virtual tour of the warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Must have strong experience with overseeing daily warehouse operations, tracking KPIs
Experience building warehouse metric systems
Experience managing and leading teams
Good Math skills
Excellent Excel skills & Strong Attention to detail
Results-oriented attitude with a proven track record of ensuring key deadlines are met
Excellent technical ability
Able to work from 9PM to 5AM Phil time
Excellent Data entry and data processing skills
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing demands
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Strong and Stable Internet Connection at least 20MBPS; and a backup
Inventory Management experience a big plus
Shipping and Logistics experience a big plus
