As a Copywriter/Editor, you are accountable for taking the lead in bringing content to the forefront and are typically responsible for supporting multiple channels, using content guidelines to write and edit promotional, informational, technical, and/or legal disclaimer content. You are also responsible for ensuring content evokes a positive user experience. This role manages multiple projects with short deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

As Copywriter/Editor, you will champion the content style guide to keep the Inbound AV’s and our clients’ brand, voice, tone and style up to date. Your role is an advocate for the customer and essential for usability and brand voice.

Maintain the content style guide
-Ensure that the content style guide is up to date.
-Make sure that written output adheres to the style guide.
-Present updated standards to ensure a continually forward moving style guide.
-Ensure that the style guide supports our business.

Collaborate with other team members
-Ensure a collaborative work environment
-Maintain the same voice between all tracks of content.
-Work together with other relevant team members to provide creative, strategically sound solutions for client, in-house and new business needs.
-Develop conceptual abilities.
-Work closely with PM to ensure that projects are completed according to deadlines.

Ensure quality output
-Pay close attention to detail and formality of output.
-Maintain a consistent voice.
-Submit complete, fully referenced and annotated manuscripts (when applicable) consistent with clients’ style guide, with minimal supervision.
-Initiate data searches and maintain reference files.
-Present work in an organized and interesting manner.
