About this Position:

CivicExcellence is a business that provides live and online training to local governments and we are expanding our team - we need a new member to assist with content review to add content into our online courses. This is our entry level role, but there is room to grow in our organization.

We have content that has been used for in-person training and we want to bring that training to an online course.

This person would:

- Read through current course content outline and identify in-person language, search and replace words, and be able to identify where course breaks should go with activities/forum discussions
- Reformat slides & Edit as necessary to match content from course outline
- Create more visually pleasing slidedecks
- Create handouts/fillable documents out of course material
- Formatting Handouts using our templates and content from courses
- Creating Fillable PDFs
- Basic Graphic design for updating powerpoint images/illustrations/charts

This isn't a requirement, but a nice to have:
- Importing videos into transcription tool and editing video content within the system
- Be able to pull pieces out of the course content to write short blog posts
