Do you have excellent customer service skills? This position requires calling private homeowners of vacant properties to see if they are interested in selling their properties.
If you have real estate sales experience or 3+ years of sales experience, then this position may interest you.
The position duties include: talking to the seller of vacant properties, taking seller leads, researching and performing due diligence on residential properties, making offers, deal processing, and managing our pipeline of acquisitions.
Must be able to call 100+ calls an hour via Google Voice. Training provided. You will be responsible for confidently asking owners questions, documenting responses and reporting back to me Update information.
Must Speak English Fluently - Ability to communicate effectively with sellers
Qualifications:
Must be able to make calls between 10am and 7pm EST – 3 hours a day / 5 days a week
Must be reliable. Must have the ability to work independently of management in a quiet location.
Tech-savvy - Highly efficient with a smartphone, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and familiar with CRM systems.
Typing Skills – Must be able to type while on the phone with
Candidates must be great at closing sales, relentless with following up on leads, be very skilled at managing time and prioritize work, and have a passion to perfect their craft and become a sales wizard!
