Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or at least completed 2 years in college, or finished a two-year technical or vocational course
- Knows how to use Zendesk and Shopify
- Experience as a CSR preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Works at flexible hours
- Owns a laptop and have access to a stable internet connection
- Owns good-quality noise-canceling headset
- Lives and stays in a quiet work environment
