Appointment Setter

The objectives of this role are:
(1) schedule lunch appointments for our Field Representatives for the purpose of on-boarding new clients.
(2) keep new clients informed of our onboarding process and assured they are updated.
(3) be phone and video ready to be the face and voice of our growing company!

Job Description:
a. Call to book lunches with business contacts, this is not cold call, these are nurtured, and ready contacts.
b. Keep track of all progress and of relationships in a very systematized database.
c. Order lunch.
d. Keep track of all appointments in the calendar.
e. Walk the customer through our onboarding process.
f. Take customer calls regarding inquiries or minor concerns.
