JOB OVERVIEW

JOB PURPOSE

The Integrator known as the COO oversees the business operations and reports to the Visionary. The Integrator ensures the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place.

The Integrator position provides the leadership, management and day-to-day oversight/direction necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style,
guided by the Mission/Vision and Values of the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Formulate and implement the business strategy to ensure overall achievement of Future Brands long-term strategy and annual business plans;
? Provide strategic direction on matters relating to business performance, business opportunities and changes to enhance profitability
? Develop and establish operating policies consistent with the Visionary and objectives and ensures their execution;
? Prepare regular and periodic reports to the Visionary that provide a strategic direction and qualitative assessment on the achievement of the planned goals;
? Oversight of shared services and participate in expansion activities such as investments and Corporate alliances;
? Champion continuous development, review and implementation of management structures, procedures and controls;
? Ensure achievement of operational results for all key metrics in line with annual business budgets and plans and responsible for evaluation, analysis and interpretation of Corporate performance data;
? Ensure that appropriate management structures and policies are continuously developed, reviewed and implemented;
? Promote and maintain sound corporate governance, ethical, integrity, diversity inclusion and corporate social responsibility standards; and
? Build customer relationships that ensure business retention, growth and manage relationships with key partners, policy makers and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Six - 10 years of progressively increased related experience within an E-commerce based organization.

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
