JOB OVERVIEW

The Business Writer position is a unique opportunity to educate the investing community by crafting compelling articles, post, blogs and sales material. You will work with our experienced staff and in-house Research group to write compelling, actionable, fast-reading material sharing our firm’s unconventional approach.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced writer who has excellent grammar, logical analysis skills and an ability to adapt their style.

The Day-to-Day:
• Work directly with senior firm management and thought leaders to ideate, create and hone articles
• Use your excellent written communication skills to communicate on a wide array of financial and economic topics
• Assist in high-volume output to be used for internal and external educational purposes
• Effectively research unfamiliar financial topics leveraging online and firm resources
• Analyze financial media to identify influencers and trending topics
• Write material with regard to Marketing and SEO results - This is a pure writing role aimed at creating quality, clear material in volume
Your Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of writing experience
• Ability to edit for clarity, grammar, spelling, consistency and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines with few revisions needed
• Experience working in financial services in any capacity
• Extreme attention to detail and love of the English language
• An ability to communicate complicated topics in simple, non-academic, interesting terms
