Virtual Assistant - Generating Leads in Ecommerce Niche & Sending Out Emails

Job Brief:
We are an online social media advertising agency specializing in Facebook Ads and Funnel Creation for established Ecommerce Companies and Infomercial products. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide marketing support for our agency while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various marketing tasks, including lead generation to acquire potential Ecommerce companies and Infomercial products, doing data entry onto Google Sheets, doing email marketing and managing the email campaigns. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools such as Zoom and Slack.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle these tasks and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Virtual Assistant responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Generating leads of established Ecommerce companies and Infomercial products
Entering lead data onto Google Sheets
Sending 100 cold emails weekly at bare minimum
Sending follow up emails to non-responsive cold emails after 3 days
Managing full email campaigns
Finding and creating personalized first line for cold email
Utilizing email template (while still using personalized first line of email)

Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, such as Zoom screen sharing
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel, Google Sheets)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus
