We’re looking for an onboarding manager who will be heavily involved in managing day to day Amazon Seller Central operations and providing customer support.
Key Amazon Skills Required:
Create Seller Central Account
Set up user permissions
Amazon Brand Registry Set Up
Managing Feedback/Product Reviews
Creating & Managing FBA shipping plans (Replenish Inventory Pallet Orders)
Inventory Management and forecasting
Removing Unfulfillable Inventory
Managing customer support via seller central
Vender Central experienced is preferred
Other KEY Skills required:
Excellent English communication both verbally and written
Being able to confidently speak with customers on the phone and using a screenshare software
Calling and Speaking to customers on the phone and provide outstanding support.
