$400/Month - $450/Month (After 90 Days)
($2.50/hours Starting for 90 Days then $2.81/hour)

JOB OVERVIEW:
We offer full service Amazon solutions for brands, this is a very EXCITING industry to work in. We're looking for someone that can crush it in the role as well as be a great culture fit with our friendly company community.

We’re looking for an onboarding manager who will be heavily involved in managing day to day Amazon Seller Central operations and providing customer support.

Key Amazon Skills Required:

Create Seller Central Account
Set up user permissions
Amazon Brand Registry Set Up
Managing Feedback/Product Reviews
Creating & Managing FBA shipping plans (Replenish Inventory Pallet Orders)
Inventory Management and forecasting
Handling Reimbursements
Shipping Reconciliation
Removing Unfulfillable Inventory
Managing customer support via seller central
Amazon Brand Gating
Raising and Handling Amazon Cases
Vender Central experienced is preferred

Other KEY Skills required:

Excellent English communication both verbally and written
Being able to confidently speak with customers on the phone and using a screenshare software
Calling and Speaking to customers on the phone and provide outstanding support.
Customer Support via emails.
