Create a Custom Workflow Management App (on-going)

I currently use Upgrade to see actual info to manage projects and organize purchasing. I would like to make a very simple application (for internal use) that expands, and refines the functions of AirTable. Rather than creating a grand vision for the application, I would like to start small with some basic functions and add more as needed.

Project Goals

Front End: I'd like to create a web-based portal that displays only certain fields for each entry and allows a user to make adjustments or add information to fields assigned to their loggin.

Back End: I want to be able to design the layout and choose which fields are displayed and which ones are accessible to alter.

I need someone that is a good generalist with high attention to detail. They don't need to be an expert, but they should have good problem solving skills.

This project requires a good understanding of UX.
