Researcher Lead Generation - Real Estate

Primary Duties:

- find good leads in different counties and states in the US on a daily basis
- find contact info via skip tracing
- all info will be tracked on a Google Sheet
- no calling of leads (for now), we have someone else on the team who does the cold calling.. The researcher and the cold caller should effectively work together.
- MUST have real estate experience for faster learning curve
- full time 8hrs/day (flexible schedule but will use Hubstaff)
- $3 USD per hour to start
- if need be and as the business grows, he/she should be open to do other duties that may not be within their scope
- must be reliable, hardworking, have attention to details..
