Esusu is the leading financial technology company providing data solutions for the low-to-middle income consumer.
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role is currently in our Rent Reporting Division and may expand in time to manage requests from our Savings Division.
We need someone to:
-Communicate through text (messages,
- Keep internal Esusu team members updates on unresolved service requests and responsively identify trends
-Support additional administrative support tasks for the Customer Service team
-Document responses and processes to create a set of templates and onboarding materials for future hires
-Identify customer issues with high impact and proactively resolve or escalate to prevent brand damage
-Make project decisions based on our company's goals and mission

We need you to work between 4 - 8 hours each weekday EST time, between 9 am an 5 pm EST and we need to be able to reach you during that time. As we scale, it will be full time of 8 hours a
