Meal Prep & Personal Assistant

Entrepreneur based in the US looking for a personal VA to help with the following tasks for our family for about 4-5 hours or more a week:

1. Weekly Household meal-prep for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 toddler) - the VA would research and put together healthy meal recipes based on a list of foods we want in our diet, do the meal prep including purchasing all the groceries in advance so we can cook at home every weekend for the entire week.
2. Would help me book events
3. Plan for gifts
4. Manage my calendar/inboxes
5. Help with travel planning and booking flights if needed

Must have a good internet connection, speak decent English and be able to overlap a few hours during our day time (as we are on EST (eastern standard time)).
