JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an exceptional new PPC Analyst to join our team. We are a US-based Marketing Agency that helps large consumer brands increase their revenue and we’re ramping up hiring to keep pace with our rapid growth.

We are NOT looking to outsource like many US-based companies. We’re doing the opposite. We’re hiring for key positions throughout the Philippines to partner closely with our US based account managers and leadership team.

For this role, we’re looking for people who:
- are skilled at planning, creating, optimize, and reporting on PPC ad campaigns
- can own campaign performance goals and develop and implement new strategies if campaigns are underperforming
- are adept at interpreting and making decisions off of data
- check whether what they did is right, and find ways to fix problems that arise
- clearly and concisely communicate campaign performance and improvement recommendations in written and verbal form

ROLE RELATED TASKS:
- research new keywords for ads campaigns
- build out PPC ad campaigns
- create analytics dashboards to communicate campaign performance
- analyze ads performance and make optimization recommendations
- interpreting performance and figuring out what moved the needle, and growing revenue
- describe campaign performance and recommendations in words clearly and concisely
