Online Manager

I have 2 new websites - one travel affiliate website and one digital marketing agency website. Both sites require SEO and social media management.

Looking for either
one full time person for both niches and both roles - proven ability to multitask
two part time people for both different roles.
1 person for travel niche both seo and smm/one person for digital marketing agency both seo and smm

Little bit about me:
I am a British entrepreneur with big goals. My aim is to build an online business empire, with multiple website. Currently at 2 websites but looking to increase that as time goes on. I am friendly and sympathetic and looking for someone similar. I value hard-work but I also believe in smart work..

Who i'm looking for:
A hardworking partner to contribute in helping me grow my businesses by producing great ideas to increase our online presence, who's looking to grow within an organisation. Someone who's not afraid to make decision with strong communication skills. A willingness to learn and adapt. You will be my most trusted assistant and will look to progress you to larger roles with bigger as my businesses get bigger.

The role:
-SEO Specialist, on page and off page links - continuous monitoring of websites for increase traffic. Participation in forums and other blogs in niche for quality backlink creation. White hat methods only. Content creation for blog preferred but not necessary. Please mention if you can do this when applying. Again, not a necessity

- Social Media manager of travel affiliate to increase following and visibility. Engagement with other account for growth, daily posting and hashtag research. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest. Looking for ideas on how we can grow those channels.
