Experienced Data Analyst and Inventory Troubleshooting

We at Alpha Core Inc. is looking for a person to be a part of our Inventory Team. If you are passionate about working with a team, enjoy working with numbers, and have an interest in working as an Inventory Specialist in Alpha Core Inc., this is the perfect position for you.

Responsibilities:
- Enter wholesale Purchase Orders into the Distribution company Point of Sale system (POS).
- Transfer purchases from Distribution POS to Retail POS (for sale of those items to the customer).
- Maintain inventory levels in POS.
- Based on daily sales, pull bag/courier inventory stock levels from POS and create per bag/courier replenishment spreadsheets.
- Accounting of inventory discrepancies and have the ability to troubleshoot when and how the error was made (must have a high level of problem-solving abilities.
- Provide analytics dashboard to be used for forecasting future inventory requirements for purchasing.
- Use analytics to measure high and low performing products (based on sales and profit margin)

Requirements for this position:
- Must have a reliable internet that:

1. Maintains speeds capable of downloading & uploading files in a reasonable amount of time
2. Can load & use websites without significant delay.
3. Is able to screen share & video chat functionally.
