Virtual Assistant needed for Short-Term Rental Company

Hello,

We are looking for a VA who has experience in the short-term rental space. We are looking to train someone on our processes. We need you to know the basics with short-term rental PMS systems (Smartbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, etc).

It would be best if you also were familiar with short-term rental platforms — Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, VRBO, HomeAway, etc.

We'll need some to have the skills of:

-Guest communication
-Replying to reviews and communicating feedback to staff
-Auditing and paying invoices for cleaners and channels
-Managing maintenance requests

We also want to grow our Short-Term Rental Portfolio, and to do this, we need the VA to:

-Search for new properties in new markets
-Reach out to owners and brokers
-Finding contact info for off-market properties
