Senior Data Analyst / Microsoft Power BI Expert

You will:

- take existing Power BI files, with existing datasets, and use it to identify the causal factors driving performance and you will create reports that highlight and rank that variance.
-work with existing dashboard prototypes to improve visualization, add additional data for new insights, and cross-reference other observations.

You are
- an advanced user of Microsoft Power BI.
- experienced in statistical analysis, particularly, correlations and factor analysis.
- experienced in data architecture/modeling, structuring and managing structured and unstructured data.

Ideally, you also understand performance measurement, but this is not mandatory.

We will correspond so I can get a sense of your work experience and if you are qualified, I will share a folder with you that contains files, where you evaluate a test task. If you believe you can perform the task, I will ask you to evaluate how long you think it will take, and what your hourly rate is. If we agree to proceed from there, I will approve a certain number of hours to complete the test, for which you will be paid.

That's the "dating" phase... if we "date" and we like each other, then we can evaluate "getting married".
