JOB OVERVIEW

An ecommerce company located in New York is looking for a remote Amazon Business Manager. We are looking for an individual with extensive knowledge and expertise in Amazon and ecommerce business to manage and grow our remote team.

Job Description
Team Management:
- Hire, onboard and train new team members.
- Assign tasks to team members and track team’s progress and performance.
- Optimizing internal processes and implement SOPs.

Product and Market Research:
- Work closely with management on product development by providing product and market research, competitor analysis and pricing guidelines within online product offerings.
- Identify untapped product opportunities and markets for further business development.
- Regularly review customer feedback and communicate with team members for product development needs.

Product Marketing:
- Assist team in performing product and market research, competitor analysis and pricing guidelines for new and existing product offerings.
- Drive new product launches by coordinating with team members to obtain optimal copywriting, graphic designs and product images.
- Understand and create ideas and concepts behind imagery and text to achieve high sales conversion rate.
Assist team in executing strategies to lead our enhanced brand content, A+ content and brand Storefront rollouts.
- Use tools or research to create and find search terms and keywords that are relevant to the products, optimize Amazon listings/pages to improve consumer engagement, keyword rankings, organic search performance & sales.
- Drive traffic and execute Amazon advertising campaigns to increase revenue.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide ongoing sales and marketing performance reporting.
- Track and understand key digital marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights to increase conversions. Provide actionable insights to the rest of the team, based on your findings.

Best Practice Research:
- Keep informed of industry changes and best practices.
- Learning and testing latest marketing strategies and techniques.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in successfully managing Amazon Seller Central account and AMS campaigns.
- 1+ year of experience in managing teams for growing Amazon business
- Advanced Excel knowledge and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven knowledge of requirements, restrictions and best practices for selling on Amazon
- Knowledge and experience with Amazon Sponsored Products, AMS, Promotions, Coupons etc.
- Have a data-driven approach to proactively analyze data, find insights, make decisions and execute goals.
- Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento are a plus.
- Experience with advertising channels such as Google Upgrade to see actual info or Facebook Ads are a plus.
- Strategic thinking with action-driven mindset towards results.
- Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
