The Inside Sales Agent position is best suited for individuals that are detail oriented, multi-takers, organized, customer focused, with and passion for exceptional service. The Inside Sales Agent will focus on executing systems, managing client relationships, supporting Listing Specialist, helping home buyers find their home, organize/plan events and schedule appointments.
Required work experience:
*1-2 Years Administrative Support or Office Management in a busy office.
*Relevant customer service experience including client relationship development, problem solving, following and sustaining systems to remain engaged with past customers, maintaining a "luxury experience" with client/customers throughout the sales process
*1-2 Years Sales experience is required
Responsibilities include:
*Respond to client leads quickly and maintain engagement with these future clients
*Assist with scheduling appointments for Buyer home viewings, transaction management, and follow-up
*Generate new clients through maintenance of customer relationship manager
*Create and execute newsletters, schedule open houses on company listings, answer incoming buyer calls
*Execute company social media strategy and marketing campaigns
*Schedule open houses, appointments for client to view homes, on all company supplied buyer leads and clients.
*All Buyer leads provided
Flexible work schedule, 40 hour work week, some evening and weekends required.
Bonuses and other compensation and incentives provided upon achievement of metrics.
