We are looking for US IT Recruiter (home based) – to work US hours EST

Position: Staffing Executive (US IT Recruitment/Recruiter)
Shift : 9 am - 6 pm EST
Experience : 1 to 5 years

Desired Skills & Experience
Excellent understanding of IT Recruiting and Staffing business in USA
Prior experience in US IT Staffing (Minimum 1 year)
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
Good interpersonal and team coordination skill.
Well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Good understanding of various visas and work authorization.
Thorough understanding of various IT terminologies
Expertise in using job boards like Dice, Monster, Indeed etc
Bench sales experience is a plus
A+ communication skills

Responsibilities:
Be involved in full lifecycle of recruiting including sourcing, preliminary interviewing, reference checking, salary/Rate negotiations etc.
Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.
